The full description

Padded winter hat with beautiful hand-drawn print and a fluffy pom-pom that keeps your little one warm even on the coldest winter days. The hat is lined with soft fleece and has a protective brim and earflaps with a drawstring that ties under the chin to keep it in place. The hat is made from 100% GRS-certified recycled polyester, water resistant with 3000 mm water column and treated with non-toxic BIONIC-FINISHÃƒâ€šÃ‚ ® ECO impregnation. Made in China.
